The outdoor onsen is reached via a complimentary cable car that descends into the valley alongside the river, with water at 38 degrees Celsius. The indoor onsen provides a view of the mountain range, while guests can also use the footbath or massage chairs available in the rooms.

Japanese-style dinners are served in Cafe Dining HANA or Dining Hall Iya Ferrows, featuring local produce and kaiseki options such as the Awa Special Kaiseki and Awa Grand Kaiseki. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese or Western-style meals, also in Cafe Dining HANA. Kids' meals are available, and the restaurant staff explain each course to guests, including English descriptions where needed.

The hotel provides a free shuttle from JR Ooboke Station upon prior request, and guests can borrow bicycles at no charge. The Manneken Pis statue of Iya Valley is a 5-minute walk from the property.
